There’s something to be said about having a team behind you in any hard thing you’re battling. Since Day 1, the team at @wilmotcancer Webster has been incredible. Today was my final follow up before my surgery next week. When I walked in, I was completely blown away to see all of the staff members rocking our fundraising t-shirts. Yes, I turned into a human plum - I don’t mind being the center of attention, but I like it on my terms. 😂
Confidence is so important to anyone facing a chronic disease, and with support like this, it’s hard to not feel prepared to walk through whatever the hell is in your way. We feel the love and support. Onward and Upward.
